A licensed California builder and a working technology practice under one roof — driven by a bigger purpose: stronger local communities, more people in the trades and technology, and companies that grow with technology instead of fearing it.
Precision and technology are how we work — but they aren't why. We're here to strengthen the communities we build in, open real doors into the trades and technology, and help people and companies grow with technology instead of fearing it. These are the keystones behind everything we do.
We want the places we work to thrive — creating local jobs, supporting local commerce, and reinvesting in the Inland Empire communities that build Southern California. Community development isn't a byproduct of our work; it's the goal.
We're building programs to bring more people into skilled trades and technology careers — training the next generation of builders and technologists, including those who've never had a clear way in.
This is a defining technology era, and no one should be left behind by it. We help companies and people adopt AI and new tools with confidence — augmenting the humans behind the work so they share in the benefits.
Our vision reaches past our own growth. We measure success by the communities we help stimulate, the people we help into the trades and technology, and how confidently the companies around us grow with technology. Here's where we're headed — and how we plan to get there.
Bring data-driven precision and modern technology to construction and to organizations in any industry — doing excellent, honest work that earns trust and sets a higher bar for what a company our size can deliver.
Grow real training and workforce pathways into the trades and technology, and help more companies and people adopt AI and new tools without fear — so the benefits of this era reach everyone, not just the few.
Reinvest what we build back into our communities — one day developing attainable workforce housing alongside spaces that create local jobs and commerce, so the places we work grow stronger for the people who live there.
Draft Operations was founded by Anthony Robles, who brings a decade of experience across data science, computer systems, and commercial construction — a rare pairing that let him see the industry through the lens of others.
What he kept seeing wasn't really a technical problem; it was people being treated unfairly. Too often, owners, workers, and whole communities were left to absorb the cost of projects planned poorly and executed worse.
So we set out to change how the work gets done — bringing modern technology, public data, and operational discipline borrowed from other industries to the way construction and development are planned and delivered, across every industry we serve.
We do it because every project we touch affects a community — and every community is made of the people who live and work there. We saw the need for better projects, executed in better ways, delivering better outcomes for everyone on the other end.
Today we're a young, founder-led company doing that three ways: building and managing construction, running the back office that keeps construction firms moving, and engineering the data and software behind organizations in any industry.
